What is a 6-petalled diet?

The 6-petal diet has a beautiful name that unknown people associate with flowers. In fact, each chamomile petal represents a day from a certain mono-diet, that is, it means the use of only one specific type of product.

Thanks to this food system you can lose weight quickly and easily. It turns out to get rid of 500 g per day, and the results for two cycles will be stunning - about 7 pounds.

The essence of nutrition

The six-petal diet was created by Anna Johansson. He is a well-known Swedish nutritionist. The weight loss food system has been approved by the Dietetic Association. Studies have shown that people lost 500 grams a day, and sometimes up to 800 grams. At the same time, their general health remained good.

Finally, additional medical examinations of the volunteers were performed. The results showed that the health of the program participants improved. In other words, a 6-petalled diet not only helps in weight loss, but also strengthens your body.

The duration of such a course is 6 days (hence the name of the child). The main principle is a separate diet, thanks to which weight loss is achieved. For 6 days you must adhere to different mono-diets - one a day. The sequence must not be interrupted, because it is a matter of changing the days of carbohydrates and proteins.

Within one day, you will need to eat foods that fall into the same food category. The order is as follows:

  1. Fish day.
  2. Vegetable day.
  3. Chicken Day.
  4. Cereal Day.
  5. Cheese day.
  6. Fruit day.

In order not to consume more calories than necessary, you should measure food portions every day:

  • fish - no more than 500 grams;
  • vegetables - up to 1, 5 kg;
  • meat - up to 500 grams;
  • cereals - up to 200 g;
  • cottage cheese - up to 500 grams;
  • fruits and berries - up to 1, 5 kg.

Anna Johansson advised making a flower with 6 petals on which to write a mono diet to maintain motivation. Hence the name associated with the plant, although in fact flowers and herbs are not used. You can hang such homemade chamomile in a prominent place and look at it every time there is a high probability of failure. Tearing off the petals on a daily basis greatly facilitates a hunger strike.
